WAI Westchester County and ServiceElements, The Workforce Development Company, have joined forces to offer two amazing leadership workshop scholarship opportunities! Apply here
Leadership Elements for Aviation Professionals (LEAP) ($4,650 value) is designed to help today and tomorrow's aviation leaders with a three-day boot camp diving into the environment of all department managers through several lenses of leadership and team building, while addressing critical challenges and opportunities for growth.
Next Level Interpersonal, Leadership & Professional Skills (NLS) ($3,200 value) is designed to equip aviation professionals of all roles with the essential interpersonal skills all too often left out of traditional technical training. The two-day interactive workshop provides the tools, techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and improve morale, decreasing the time and money wasted addressing operational issues.
ServiceElements hosts these workshops at FlightSafety throughout the year. Scholarship recipients will work with ServiceElements and FlightSafety to schedule their spot.
